  These guys only get two stars, because they were ok at one point. When I first started looking for an agent for my first duplex Hillary was very helpful. I bundled my auto insurance and everything with them. The process was relatively smooth to get set up, and I had everything I needed. Fast forward to after they have my business, and now it is impossible to get in touch with anyone. On several occasions it has taken more than a week for someone to return multiple calls, emails, etc. It usually takes some sort of escalation before anyone answers. Don't even bother posting business hours if you are never in your office or able to pick up the phone! It was so bad that my wife had to drive our car 6 hours coming back from a business trip without insurance, because we had no response for more than a week. This was not a one time thing. At least 3 different occasions this was a problem. Now we are looking to buy another house, and our closing date is being pushed back because no one is available Monday - Friday during their posted business hours. I will be finding a new agent for this house, and taking the rest of my business elsewhere as soon as the policies expire. In their response you will notice that these people can do no wrong. If they were willing to learn from mistakes this could have been resolved without a bad review. Shame some people are incapable of admitting when they are wrong, and make no effort to improve. I have posted evidence of their negligence and horrible delays in service for two examples. This does not even consider the countless voicemails left. 1) 22 March asking to activate insurance. No reply so sent second email on 9 April. Finally I get a reply on 12 April that the insurance is somehow active from 10 April. I'm not sure how insurance works retroactively. 2) Similar situation and similar excuse on October 25th. Four days after my wife had already been driving the car.

  Very friendly and professional. While away at school, my car was damaged during an accident that was both mine and the other driver's fault. With one call to my agent, Leusch Insurance was able to make my claim disappear with no money coming out of my pocket. It made my first accident as painless as possible. Thanks Leusch Insurance, I'm a customer for life!
